Sealed and unused products may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Please contact us on WhatsApp at 0319 4751336 within 48 hours of delivery for a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item. Include your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.

Approved returns are inspected after receipt. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Return shipping for a change-of-mind request is paid by the customer; we’ll guide you on return shipping for an incorrect or damaged item. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
